Currently all four 8 Limbs physical studios are closed temporarily and we are operating one Livestream Schedule. Until our studios reopen, all trainings will be conducted online through Zoom. We’re having a great time staying connected and engaged during this time of social distancing! For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org.
“Thank you for a great teacher training experience. Your commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment has taught me much more than what I had expected to take away from this training!”

The 8 Limbs Yoga Centers community of yoga teachers and practitioners is a creative and inspiring environment in which to explore the concepts of yoga instruction and support the unfolding of your own Sat Guru, or inner teacher. Our instructors are committed to personal and professional growth, and to sharing the transformative practice of yoga through their teaching. It is in the spirit of 8 Limbs Yoga Centers – a dedication to the study and sharing of the discipline of yoga – that we have created the 8 Limbs Teacher Training Program, licensed as a vocational school by the state of Washington Workforce Board (360.709.4600) and registered by Yoga Alliance.
8 Limbs is committed to increasing diversity, accessibility and safety in the Pacific Northwest’s yoga community. This includes a commitment to empowering a yoga teacher pool that is representative of the diversity in our area. These discounts are limited and offered on a first-come first-served basis. We do not offer formal financial aid or federal financial aid.
8 Limbs does not discriminate against students or potential students on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability or the use of a trained guide dog or service animal by a person with a disability. Our Phinney Ridge and Wedgwood studios are on the first floor, 8 Limbs Capitol Hill is on the second floor with no elevator.
