"Excellent studio and training in every way! An inclusive and welcoming collective of seasoned teachers that practice what they preach. They do their own deep work……Inclusion extends to many different things at 8 limbs - the rich diversity of styles and influences under one roof; the accessibility of learning for all backgrounds, experiences, abilities and ages. …….if you do the work, you will leave not just as a yoga teacher, but a better human." - Suparna C. May 2021
The 8 Limbs Yoga Centers 200-hour Grounded Wisdom Yoga Teacher Training meets 10 weekends from September through April. Spread your time, commitment, and studies over the course of eight months!
Our training is a great fit for both the aspiring teacher and the dedicated practitioner ready to learn more. Whatever level of commitment you choose, our Grounded Wisdom Training offers excellent opportunities to deepen your yogic knowledge and self-study in a supportive community.
20+ years offering this amazing training!
The Grounded Wisdom program at 8 Limbs is extraordinary - because of the amazing teachers. Their understanding of all aspects of yoga and their willingness to teach with a commitment to learning, compassion, trauma informed yoga and using their many years of combined experience really made this 9 months transformative in my life.
