The 8 Limbs 200-hour Teacher Training courses offer the aspiring or continuing yoga teacher or serious student a sound foundation in the principals of yoga theory and practice within the supportive container of the training staff and fellow participants, a community that deepens with each day of training.

We bridge the ancient wisdom of yoga asana with a modern and thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology and are guided by the eight limbs of yoga, as prescribed by the sage Patanjali in The Yoga Sutra. Our curriculum provides Teacher Training participants with the basic tools to begin leading groups of all levels, and continue on the path of yoga and self-inquiry with grace and humble confidence.

This accredited course, which qualifies participants for certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance is now offered in two formats:

200 HR Teacher Training Teacher Training
