New Class Names, Same Great Classes
Dear 8 Limbs Community,
In recent weeks we have changed the names of some classes to better reflect their content. Rest assured, while the names may change, the essence of each class and the unique style of your favorite instructors will remain the same.
At 8 Limbs, we value the individuality each instructor brings to their teaching. No two classes are alike, and that does not change with these updates. We encourage you to visit each instructor’s BIO to learn more about their approach and style.
Here are the recent changes made:
Some classes have been refined into new categories to better describe what they offer:
All-Levels → Hatha All-Levels, Flow All-Levels, or Mantra Flow
(Depending on whether the focus is on Hatha, Flow, or specific elements like mantras and pranayama)
Flow → Flow Basics, Slow Flow, Flow All-Levels, or Power Flow
(Offering variations of intensity and focus)
Level 1 → Hatha Basics or Flow Basics
Other classes have undergone a simple name change for clarity:
Gentle → Gentle Hatha
Level 1 Flow → Flow Basics
Yoga & Pilates/Core → Yoga & Core
Other classes on the schedule remain the same.
