WOW. We are SO GRATEFUL. When we threw ourselves into launching a Livestream platform in order to keep 8 Limbs classes “alive” and keep yoga in your lives, we had no idea what to expect.
We built it and you came! You love your teachers, and yoga, and you are dedicating time in your week (some of you each day!) for your yoga practice. We hope that it is bringing you some steadiness and calm in the midst of such a challenging time in our lives.
YOGA + FITNESS
Livestreaming has given us an opportunity to offer modalities we’ve considered adding for years – Conditioning & Movement!
To complement our core yoga offerings, we are trying out the following this coming week:
Yoga + Barre ballet-inspired combination of Pilates, strengthening, and movement are incorporated into an all levels flow class with sun salutations, breath work, and stretching. Fill out our survey to help us figure out what time to offer this class and what yoga + fitness modalities to add!
