This workshop will help you build confidence in knowing how to practice and build the capacity for some foundational arm balances. We’ll zero in on key areas of the body (for example: the legs and core and how to have the shoulders in the right place) and specific key actions that when utilized help provide the lightness in the body and ultimately that fun sensation of “lift off”. Multiple variations will be taught including some supine/non-weight bearing ones to build strength and stamina and to capture the shape of the pose.
Not suited for beginners or those with injuries. Must be able to bear weight on the hands – Downward Facing Dog and Plank.
