WOW. We are SO GRATEFUL. When we threw ourselves into launching a Livestream platform in order to keep 8 Limbs classes “alive” and keep yoga in your lives, we had no idea what to expect.

We built it and you came! You love your teachers, and yoga, and you are dedicating time in your week (some of you each day!) for your yoga practice. We hope that it is bringing you some steadiness and calm in the midst of such a challenging time in our lives.

Thank you for your support. Thank you for your understanding as we work with an entirely new online system. Thank you for your outpouring of gratitude; it makes a difference!
Autopay and Annual Unlimited Members: If you have been able to maintain your membership at this time, we are so grateful to you, and are working on a fun way to fully thank you once we are able to open our doors again. Your Autopay or Annual Membership continuation means everything to our survival as a small business, and the ability for yoga teachers to make their livelihood teaching this precious practice.
8 LIMBS LIVESTREAM CLASS SCHEDULE UPDATES
We’ve made a few tweaks to the schedule now that we’ve hosted one full week and are looking to make a few more, based on your feedback. Help us know what you are looking for by filling out a short survey ASAP. When we hear back from you we’ll make a few more tweaks for this coming week!

Take a class with your best friend in Florida!

YOGA + FITNESS

Livestreaming has given us an opportunity to offer modalities we’ve considered adding for years – Conditioning & Movement!

To complement our core yoga offerings, we are trying out the following this coming week:

Yoga + Barre ballet-inspired combination of Pilates, strengthening, and movement are incorporated into an all levels flow class with sun salutations, breath work, and stretching. Fill out our survey to help us figure out what time to offer this class and what yoga + fitness modalities to add!

*An experimental free Movement class will be offered this Saturday 4:30-5pm with 8 Limbs founder Anne Phyfe Palmer. The class link is: https://zoom.us/j/940061011
