Wei-Ming Lam

Wei-Ming literally translates to “great light.” This simple truth guides his life and led him to the path of yoga.

For over a decade he has explored movement through rock climbing and on the yoga mat. Although climbing will always be a part of him, once he took his 200 hour teacher training in early 2020, he redirected his passion into the practice of yoga. Studying under lead instructors Anton Mackey and Lisa Cohen inspired his openhearted, joyful and dynamic approach to yoga.

Combining diverse experience with movement including martial arts, dance and gymnastic calisthenics, classes with Wei-Ming feature a nuanced approach to physical cueing. His fascination with mantra and yogic philosophy provide an expansive energy to help guide students to explore the limitless potential of yoga.

In tandem with teaching yoga, he champions clients as they redefine what is possible for themselves through his personal development coaching practice, The Middle Wei.
