What to expect in Rainbow’s classes:
Rainbow’s balanced background in both the performing arts and athletics lends itself to creating fitness classes that are creatively designed and habit-forming. Students can expect to always be greeted with warm and light-hearted energy from Rainbow. Modifications are seamlessly woven into class, and offer both lower and higher intensity options. Rainbow’s Conditioning class features an active warmup, bodyweight cardio and hiit circuits, floor work, and a short dynamic stretch cool down. Rainbow specializes in training for flexibility, balance, alignment, body awareness, and mobility.

Main Influences/Styles/Traditions: ballet and modern dance techniques, taekwondo, yoga, kinesiology, group fitness, hiit, tabata, aerobics, and bodyweight training. Rainbow holds a BFA in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts. She has a wide spanning career as a choreographer and dancer. She is a former black belt, instructor, and referee of taekwondo.
