As a yoga teacher, author, and creator of the celebrated food blog Eat Like a Yogi, it is her mission to help others do the same.
When she’s not writing, momming, or walking in the trees, Minda can be found cooking, cycling, or petting any dog that will let her. She is based in Seattle, WA
What to expect in Minda’s classes: Minda’s classes offer a supportive environment and gentle instruction to help students ground their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate balance, both literally and figuratively. Optional modifications and assists will be offered to ensure classes are suitable for all levels of practitioner.
