What to expect in Kayleigh’s classes: Kayleigh integrates current anatomy and movement science with somatics, breath work, and playfulness to create unique yoga based classes. As a professional classical musician, she has seen how repetitive movements can affect the body long term, and strives to help students develop awareness of self care strategies and corrective movements to combat their own habitual patterning. A self-professed body nerd, Kayleigh is additionally a pilates instructor and NASM accredited personal trainer, and loves finding universal movements that show up in many movement disciplines.
