What to expect: Katie sequences her All-Level Vinyasa classes around the general structure of a Power Yoga class. But within that framework, she varies the pacing and specific asanas to reflect the moment: time of day, time of year, and individuals present. Her practice has matured over the decades. And her teaching is informed by the experience of practicing Yoga at different life stages, both physically and emotionally. Every Yoga practitioner shows up to class with a unique perspective and an individual intention. Katie believes that it is beautiful and singularly satisfying to use breath and movement to discover peace and stillness together.
