What to expect in Jay’s classes: Jay’s weekly Phinney Ridge class will explore a variety of postures in a flowing yet detailed manner. Regular pranayama and meditation work will provide a depth and richness to the practice. Jay has over 20 years of experience working in human movement as a coach and fitness trainer and believes there is room in everyone’s yoga practice for humor/laughter, hard work/dedication, and patience/acceptance.
