Red lentil Dal: Cook red lentils, add a bunch of fresh ginger, cardamom, cumin, turmeric, cayenne and anything else you love, together for awhile. Add spinach and cilantro and anything else you love (again) and a lot of lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over basmati rice and top with pumpkin seeds. The best!
