What non-yoga book are you reading/did you recently read? I’m trying to get through The Great Sea. It’s a history of the Mediterranean and quite dense as one might imagine. Fascinating though.
Yoga book you recommend: I just read Richard Freeman’s The Mirror of Yoga. At times obtuse, but it is a great exploration of yoga philosophy. It gave me lots to think about.
Favorite yoga practice/pose and why: Ashtanga. It was my first exposure to yoga and while I am all over the board in terms of the classes I go to, and Ashtanga class always feels like coming home.
One secret that helps you stay healthy: Does doing yoga count? It’s not really a secret.
Currently inspired by: My 3-year old. He reminds me of the beauty of life every day.
Favorite recipe? I love to cook, so this is an impossible question for me. I just got back from Italy and am currently in love with caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella. Simple, but when the ingredients are amazing, simple is great.
