Yoga for Cancer Series
Livestream
Yoga is an amazing self-care tool for cancer patients and survivors, but a different approach is needed than what you may find in most public classes. In this series take a deep dive into gentle active asana, chair yoga, restorative yoga, and somatic movement therapies that strengthen the immune system and help counteract treatment side-effects. Learn how to adapt common yoga poses, what should be avoided and what can help ease pain, insomnia, neuropathy, lymphedema, cancer-related fatigue, anxiety, and digestive distress.
Open to all levels of yoga experience.
Note: This series is also part of a Yoga for Cancer Teacher Training. Click here for more information.
