Get an energizing start to your day with a yoga flow + barre class! Exercises using body weight and some simple props are incorporated into an all levels flow class with sun salutations, breath work, and stretching. Katie is trained in Yoga and Barre, and also incorporates some Pilates exercises. Music and community make for a fun class that will motivate you to hop out of bed and get a full body workout before your cat wakes up!
