Join us at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers for a weekend with Baxter Bell, MD, co-author of the book “Yoga for Healthy Aging” and former 8 Limbs Teacher Training Director Melina Meza to share their insights on yoga and aging with our community (we are all getting a bit older each day!).
