Enhance Your Practice (and Teaching) with the timeless wisdom of The Bhagavad Gītā
Wednesdays 6:30-8:00pm, January 27-March 3, 2021
8 Limbs Livestream
The Bhagavad Gītā is the second most translated text in the world. In eighteen chapters, the Gītā offers profound philosophical wisdom that is still relevant today. You’re invited to an unforgettable immersion into this beloved text.
In order to get to the heart of its meaning we’ll deconstruct the Bhagavad Gītā to access its essential teachings and take our own understanding deeper. Through textual analysis, chanting verses of the Gītā, asana, breath work, contemplation, subtle body alignment, meditation, and discussion, we’ll unpack the beauty of the language of yoga and investigate its lessons for modern living.
Don’t miss this opportunity to explore this powerful text.
Recordings will be available to participants until March 18, 2021
