The Art of Sequencing for Teachers & Advanced Practitioners
There is an art form in designing an asana practice that gets your prana (stable, rhythmic breath) moving in a sustained, steady flow.
Asana sequencing is an art form, and like most art forms, there is some structure or foundation material to understand before creating your work of art. In this series, Melina will draw upon her 20 plus years of teaching experience to offer her insight into intelligent sequencing. Our sessions will help inspire you to think outside the box when designing classes and inspire new themes. Melina will offer her wisdom of how to broaden your student base by making classes more accessible.
Yoga teachers, students, athletes, and health care professionals will benefit from this workshop to better understand sequencing principles behind a well-designed practice.
November 4 – December 2 (no class November 25)
Cost: $150 includes 4-week series and review of three sequences outside class by instructor
Class recordings will be available for one week after each class for those who miss a session.
