Both mom, moms-to-be, and newborns are welcome in this mixed class that embraces the perinatal journey from pregnancy through motherhood. Class focuses on breath and strength-work to reduce pain, build support, and create ease and grace during this powerful time. Classes are open to all levels. Pregnant students should eat something light one hour before class and bring a snack.
