Spring is the time to Fall in Love (with Your Practice)
8 Limbs Livestream
Anusara Yoga is a lineage and a practice that is rooted in Tantric philosophy (a non-dual system wherein the Divine is viewed as not separate from us), the Universal Principals of Alignment™, and the celebration & diversity of life. Over the course of 6 sessions, we will unpack the 5 Universal Principles of Alignment which underpin this practice. This is a system that is both synergistic and holistic, revealing the beauty and the complexity of your own body as well as a deeper appreciation of your unique self and the gift of embodiment. Heart-based themes are used to inspire and create a more fulfilling, sustainable, and expressive practice. Anusara means flowing with Grace and in this practice we literally and metaphorically line our bodies up with elegance and refinement so that we can learn to be in the flow of life and receive its gifts.
This class is open to all levels of yoga practitioners.

Nancy has been studying Anusara since 2007 and became a certified Instructor in 2019 at the 500 RYT level. Her experience and delight in this practice transformed her previously vigorous power vinyasa practice which brought about injury and a feeling of emptiness to one that is stronger, more resilient, and more connected to the source of her heart.
Recordings will be available to participants until June 8, 2021.
