But nothing could be further from the truth.

In this workshop you will learn easy-to-use techniques that will have you feeling calmer and more grounded immediately.

Domonick Wegesin (PhD RYT-500), a neuroscientist and yoga expert, will share techniques that allow you to actively soothe your nervous system and regulate your physical and emotional state.

LIVESTREAM, Thursdays, JUNE 16 and 30

*classes will be recorded and available through July 15, 2022.

Cost: $90
