This workshop is perfect for students looking to begin, explore, or reawaken a meditation and mindfulness practice. We will learn what a comfortable sitting position is for your body and discuss common distractions and pitfalls of a regular meditation practice.
Meditation is a process of focusing the mind and learning to stay present. In this workshop there will be both discussion and practice of mindfulness techniques, seated meditation, moving meditation, as well as a guided mediation.
All levels welcome, chairs available upon request. Please wear comfortable clothing.
