Are you interested in learning more about natural health and wellness, self-care, yoga, and Ayurveda? If so, then please join Melina Meza, Chiara Guerrieri and Baxter Bell, MD, for the Autumn Seasonal Health and Wellness Workshop. Together we’ll explore practices that span a range of focuses— some yoga or exercise-based, dietary, pranayama, meditation, and others geared toward self-study and reflection as we move into the autumn season.
In this workshop, you will learn more about nutrition for the seasons, Ayurveda for modern times, and will leave with more yoga tools for stress management and grounding.
