Commit to 28 Days of Compassion
Every February 8 Limbs hosts our 28 Day Commitment. The goal is to inspire as many people as possible to commit to a daily practice of some kind, be it asana, pranayama, meditation, restorative yoga, chanting, yoga nidra, etc., either done in the studios, at home, or on the road. We know how helpful it can be to have a goal, and to know you are in good company.

I remember one year my goal was to practice for fifteen minutes a day. I had a tiny red Moleskin notebook and used it to mark my practice. I’d record how I felt when I showed up on the mat and what my practice consisted of, and it became a precious ritual. I really think the notebook was key for me, and I continued to use one for a year or so. In fact, maybe I’ll start that up again!
What helps you build a regular routine? Tell us with #28daycommitment
Remember, it takes time to build a habit, but your daily practice doesn’t have to take a great deal of time!
Let’s commit together!
