Sophie’s classes are a great choice for more experienced yogis looking for a challenge, as well as for beginners wishing to become more comfortable with the work of a classic flow. Her classes end with deeper, more relaxing healing and restorative poses, plus a focus on meditation. Throughout each class, she offers students ample time to rest and turn inward between postures, and provides a generous shavasana at the end of each class. She believes that in the end, meditation is the true fruit of the yoga practice.
