What to expect in Robyn’s classes: Robyn’s classes foster community among participants new and experienced with yoga alike. She infuses classes with mindfulness, compassion, humor, and an array of modifications so students can adapt the practice to what they need energetically and physically in each moment. She draws upon all of yoga’s tools, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), pratyahara (inward focus), dhyana (meditation), and mantra. A foundation to her classes is following one’s individual breath pace. Robyn also weaves in philosophy from the Yoga Sutras in ways that are accessible to all.
