What to expect in Kristen’s classes: As a mom herself, in Kristen’s postnatal classes you will find support and compassion as she invites new moms to reconnect to their bodies after childbirth. Kristen offers poses and breathing techniques to help moms strengthen and energize as well as restore and relax.
She is excited to share her love of yoga and passion for connecting the body, breath and mind. There is so much to discover of our Self and the journey there is what drives her to teach. In her spare time, Kristen is a mom to very busy 7 year old twin boys and enjoys traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Main Influences/Styles/Traditions: Trained in the Viniyoga tradition, Kristen admires Gary Kraftsow. Recent influences have been Donna Farhi and Shari Friedrichsen. She is fond of the many instructors who have also influenced her personal practice and brought her to explore teaching yoga herself.
