What to expect in Ara’s classes:
Ara offers a supportive and exploratory atmosphere in her class. While providing intentional guidance through a breath-centered asana practice, she encourages people to discover and move intuitively for their body and state of mind. By strengthening mental and physical awareness, Ara aims to help people connect to their body and find a sense of stillness in their mind. Ara also teaches pre and postnatal yoga. She believes a nurturing yoga practice is essential when growing a family, as it provides a strong and steady foundation during this transformational time of life.
