Amy encourages students to work to their capacity while also maintaining breath and paying attention to their individual needs. I can go to Amy’s class with injuries and modify – still getting the benefits of yoga. Under Amy’s guidance, I learned to do my first handstand at the age of 50! At the end of Amy’s class, I feel energized, light, expansive and calm; I definitely feel a shift in my being. Her class brings me into the present and my mind is quieted. Her classes are nourishing to the mind, body and spirit.
