Hobbies/interests: Dragon Boat paddling, easy hikes, movies, theater for live performances
What non-yoga book are you reading/did you recently read? I just finished The Boys in the Boat and am currently reading The End of the Jews
Yoga book you recommend: Meditations from the Mat (Rolf Gates)
Favorite yoga practice/pose and why: Yoga Tune Up®. It a practical, anatomy-based form of yoga that affects all of my regular daily activities.
One secret that helps you stay healthy: Taking the time to be outside as often as possible.

Anything you want to share with our community? Making sure some form of volunteering is included in my life.
Favorite recipe? I’m the cook in my family and therefore, I’ve cooked countless meals. Hard to choose just one, but for starters: Charred sugar-crusted wild salmon
