Hatha Yoga
Our Hatha yoga classes are instructional, insightful, and able to be tailored to each student’s degree of yoga experience. Hatha classes may be gentle to strong, depending on the level of the given class. They are aimed towards students looking for a more stable and subtle body practice. Hatha classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners and vary by level so students can choose the class that feels right for them.
