Personal Practice for Enlightened Activism

The coexistence of light and darkness is part of Nature’s design. The interaction between these two is also natural. But when the interplay between light and darkness becomes a fight, it engenders chaos. This battle and its outcome is known as the kali yuga. We as individuals may not bring the kali yuga to an end, but definitely, through our purpose-driven, structured practice, we can create a collective consciousness powerful enough to bring about an atmosphere of inner harmony, and mutual love and cooperation.

Hear more about the ancient practice of Rudra Yaga, and how you can participate on a personal and collective level.

Shelly Craigo of The Himalayan Institute will share a practice from her teacher, the head of HI, Pandit Rajmani Tigunait.
