SITTING IS THE NEW SMOKING is more than a cliché about our health choices. It’s true! We sit too much, whether it is at work, in the car, or at home relaxing. This affects the length and strength of our muscles, which can lead to dysfunction in the low back and hips as well as affect the way we walk and move through this world. The world needs you now, so get up off the couch and learn how to use Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to help reset and relieve these targeted tension areas.
This workshop can also be used to create an informative self-care practice that will keep you moving so that you can start or continue to do the things that make you thrive.

- Tight IT (iliotibial) Band
- SI (sacroiliac) discomfort
- Sedentary lifestyle (or sit for long periods)
No yoga experience necessary, students of all levels are welcome.
