Learn how to dispel feelings of stagnation and lethargy with this series of exercises to clear the energy channels in the body. Developed by yoga master Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama, this slow, gentle movement of each joint awakens the subtle energy in the body to bring balance.
This workshop is appropriate for everyone, regardless of age or health issues, and is based on the book Motoyama Meridian Exercises for Ki Practice by Dr. Motoyama.
