This is a Restorative Yoga class for People of Color (POC). Restorative yoga is designed to restore your vital energy, rather than use it. In this extended restorative practice, you will be guided into passive and slightly active poses with the support of props. No previous yoga experience is required. Dress in comfortable clothing with layers for warmth.
