Together we’ll scope out playful techniques that’ll sync movement to breath, strengthen your connection to core space and prep your body for an altered perspective.

Rosie Llewellyn, RYT 500, has an undying love and unique understanding for inversions. With a repertoire that is tangible for you at any level, this workshop is designed to wrap your mind around a healthy inversion practice and offer you the space to explore balance, play with shapes, and transition along the vertical axis.

Join her for this 2-hour workshop of creative flow, exposure to alignment and experiential insight for a solid foundation to expand upon. Open to students at all levels with an ongoing practice of at least 6 months.
