Where do you want to place your attention in the New Year? What song does your heart really want to sing? When we combine focus and concentration with the power of devotion, anything is possible.

Join MJ Daniels and husband and wife, Rob and Melissa, for an illuminating exploration of these two very important yogic concepts – drishti and devotion. We will embark on an all-levels yoga practice combining asana, meditation, mantra, sacred sound, kīrtan and storytelling. This workshop is designed to bring our intentions and goals (drishti) in line with our hearts deep longing to express love and compassion (bhakti/devotion).
