drishti (dṛṣṭi) noun – A Sanskrit word meaning focused gaze and relates to the fifth limb of yoga, pratyāhāra, concerning sense withdrawal, as well as the sixth limb, dhāraṇā, relating to concentration.

Join MJ Daniels and husband and wife, Rob and Melissa, for an illuminating exploration of these two very important yogic concepts – drishti and devotion. We will embark on an all-levels yoga practice combining asana, meditation, mantra, sacred sound, kīrtan and storytelling. This workshop is designed to bring our intentions and goals (drishti) in line with our hearts deep longing to express love and compassion (bhakti/devotion).
